Abstract: | On March 20th, 2024, a worldwide workshop that got together at the Loyola University Chicago, took place and its objective was to implement a global view for a post-1801 Society of Jesus. The very essence of the event was highlighted in the branding of the theme that shined bright on the "New" global heritage of the Jesuits. Co-organized by Institutum Historicum Societatis Iesu at Archivum Romanum Societatis Iesu and the newly established Jesuit Heritage Research Centre at Loyola University of Chicago, the symposium featured top professors and scholars from around the world like John McGreevy, University of Notre Dame and Rinald D’Souza, SJ, Xavier Centre of Historical Research to name but a few..... |
