Abstract: God encounters his people in different ways. He encounters through nature, scripture, holy mass (Eucharistic feast), different devotions, and spiritual direction, in our daily activities. For us religious, God has a special moment of eight days where He meets us personally which is through an eight-day retreat. This is the most sacred time that we reflect on our annual journey with God. At this time we tell God our achievements, failures, hopes, dreams, and fears. This is the time we fill our jar with holy water for a year; this is the time we intensely listen to God’s will in our life.
Description: This Guided Plan by Tadele Wolde Baramo was an 8-Days Vow Discernment Retreat for Jesuit Novices as part of his Theological Formation
