Abstract: Chairperson has formed a Commission that will study each complaint. and those found responsible will be taken before the Courts. He also pointed out that he had sacked two Ministers after they were found guilty of engaging in unlawful business, and he insisted that it was necessary that the Government be a responsible one and be self-reliant in order to restore the confidence of the donor countries and the IFM (International Monetary Fund) on debt reduction. Once again the President appealed to religious organizations to help in forming the moral conscience of the people....
