Abstract: on the 1st of September, 1999, twenty-five novices of nine different nationalities accompanied by their three formators left the urban quarter of Kouogoua in central Bafoussam to take up residence seven kilometers away in new buildings in a rural setting. Three elderly priests between 79 and 92 who shared their residence joined them two months later, in imitation of Abraham who left his homeland at the age of 75....
