Abstract: Replies of St. Ignatius to a number of questions from a Portuguese scholastic who had accompanied Simiio Rodrigues to Rome. The replies form a complement to the advice that Ignatius had written to Urbano Fernandes, the new rector at Coimbra, in a letter of the some date as this instruction (letter 1848, p. 335).
